Shipping policy

Shipping Charges:

Orders under $200: Ground Shipping 3-5 days, flat rate shown at checkout

Orders over $200, under 70 lbs: Free Ground Shipping 3-5 days, excludes special order items

Orders over $200, over 70 lbs: Free LTL Shipping 3-5 days, excludes special order items

Special order items: price varies, call or email for quote

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee

Minimum order: $24 minimum purchase to check out

The method of shipment, the selection of carrier and routing of the shipment shall be at VirtuColor's discretion.

For pre-orders and orders under the prepaid minimum we can use a customer supplied carrier account number to ship your items.

We ship our products to all states in the Continental US using UPS, Fedex, and a number of LTL carriers for freight only items. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.  

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase.  Our shipping team will then pick and pack your shipment in the order it was received.  

Order Shipment:

Once your order has been fulfilled we will package up all of your items and hand them off to our shipping carrier.  Our Ground service carriers typically picks up once daily in the afternoon, while Freight carriers typically pick up within 2 days of order confirmation.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the store to the e-mail address or phone number you provided when checking out.  Once you receive your tracking information it usually takes 1-3 days to deliver your package(s).  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at service@virtucolorsupply.com or call us at 616-577-5042.

The shipping address for Freight orders must be a valid business address, residential addresses are not acceptable.

Shipping Methods:

LTL (COMMON CARRIER)

• Minimum order total (before tax) to qualify for prepaid is $200
• Preferred method of delivery for items over 70 lbs, all products can ship (hazardous, heavy, and bulky) as long as the minimum weight or size is met.
• LTL deliveries require a signature by an approved party at the time of delivery.  Delivery will only be made during normal business hours (8am-5pm M-F). If no one is present at the time of delivery the carrier will not drop off the items.  The delivery will be taken back to the carrier's nearest terminal, and redelivery will not be attempted until the cosignee or cosignee agent has contacted them to schedule a time.  In the case of redelivery the cosignee may be charged a fee according to the tariff rules posted on the carrier's website. Eagle National retains the right to refuse delivery to any cosignee that refuses to pay the redelivery tariff.

Package Delivery (UPS, Fedex)

• Based on service area restrictions and/or accessibility, we may choose to use an alternate parcel carrier.
