    • Special oval shaped bit end services Suspension Strut Housing Nuts found on mostly newer VW & Audi models. After removing pinch-bolt this tool will spread the clamp that is part of the wheel bearing carrier. Turn 90? and leave in place while replacing strut. Additionally, fits some BMW, Seat, Renault, Peugeot and other European makes. Also, can be used as an opening tool by inserting the thinner end into a tight space, then rotating to the wider dimension to create an opening, i.e. when turning struts. Bit end is 5.5mm x 8.2mm. 3/8" square drive. Note: Late model pinch bolts need a 14 mm triple square driver to remove use CTA 2059 (Related Products). Compare to VW Factory Tool #VW-342OE-MIG
