The coating sands easily whether wet or dry and can be applied direct to metal, most plastics and unsanded E‐coat. When working with aluminum and galvanized surfaces, it requires the use of an acid etch primer such as ACID number eight to ensure proper adhesion. The formula can be tinted with up to ten percent urethane mixing base, allowing for greater versatility in the refinishing process.
